Learning Enrichment

Weekly French lesson and spontaneous different language learning  helps to enhance our children’s language development and awareness of the world around them. 

Imaginary play is strongly encouraged with opportunities for children to dress up in different costumes. There are role play occasions including additional calendar events such as Book Week where children dress up as their favourite book character. Each experience is reinforced with learning about literacy, social skills and the world around us.

There are various educational incursions offered throughout the year such as:

• a visit from the life-cycle of a butterfly tent

• chick and duckling egg hatching 

• Eco-Bugs sustainability program

• reptile encounters

We also offer the children a number of opportunities to visit the local area, such as:

• Story time at the Mosman Library

• Mosman fire station

• Mosman Art Gallery

• Allan Border Oval

• Behind the scenes tour of Woolworths Neutral Bay
